On Monday, Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, Prime Minister and Vice-President of the United Arab Emirates, and Ruler of Dubai received Togo President Faure Gnassingbe along with his delegation.

They had discussed a number of topics and ways to develop friendship ties and cooperation with the aim of investment in updating Togo’s seaports, infrastructure, in its phosphate, renewable energy sectors, and agriculture.

The Ruler of Dubai has stressed that the UAE has always extended a helping hand and a hand for friendship to all nations, peoples in the world, and its leadership is keen to utilize its logistic capabilities, and human expertise in serving and helping friends across the world.

Dubai’s Deputy Ruler Shaikh Maktoum Bin Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Minister of Affairs and the Future, Mohammad Abdullah Al Gergawi, and other senior officials were also present at the meet.
