On Tuesday evening, in a horrific road accident, an Indian couple dies and four others were badly wounded, involving a tourist company vehicle in Sharjah. The SUV driver reportedly has lost control and it overturned several times towards Sharjah on Nazwa Road.   

Police reports that the vehicle was carrying a tourists group on a desert safari trip when the accident took place. An Indian couple in their 40s witnessed death at the scene and their dead bodies were transferred to Al Dhaid hospital.

The wounded people, including three Americans aged 37-years, 33-years, and 11-years and a 43-years-old Pakistani man, were admitted to Al Qasimi hospital.  

Police reports that speeding and attention lacking was the cause of the accident.

Al Siyouh Police force are investigating the incident.
